HS+2 Yrs. of exp. in the job offered or any
managerial position in the construction industry. Managing daily operations of the business. Direct and coordinate the activities of the business to insure satisfied customers and excellent work product. Develop policies, goals and odjectives alongside ownership and oversee its implementation.
Review financial statements, reports to measure profits, and identify areas of improvements. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase profits.
Monitor inventory and supplies.
Prepare work schedules for employees, oversee the perfomance of each employee and address employee issues.
